Boulevardier 花花公子
( Pronounced: bou-levar-dee-ay )
Ingredients 材料 45 ml American whiskey 美國威士忌
20 ml Sweet vermouth 紅苦艾酒
Garnish 裝飾
Orange twist 橙皮
Tools 工具
Glassware 酒杯
Steps 步驟
❶ Chill the rock glass & prepare garnish.
將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾。
❷ In a mixing glass, measure and pour in Campari, sweet vermouth and Whiskey.
於混合杯中加入威士忌,苦艾酒及金巴利。
❸ Taste & adjust bitter & sweet balance. Add ice and stir to chilled.
試味,較對甜回甘平衡。加冰,拌勻至冰凍。
❹ Strain and pour into the chilled glass with a large block of ice.
將混合杯中的酒隔冰倒入已加大冰的短飲杯。
❺ Over the drink, twist orange peel to express oil, then use the peel as garnish.
將橙皮於杯上輕壓噴上橙油香氣,並用作裝飾。
❻ Enjoy! The Boulevardier cocktail follows Negroni's formula, but subs in American whiskey for gin. Different whiskey-vermouth combinations will change the characteristics of this cocktail, so experiment & make it your own! 完成!
