Ingredients 材料
45m Vodka 伏特加
15ml Cranberry Juice 紅莓汁
Garnish 裝飾
Tools 工具
Glassware 酒杯
❶ Chill the coupe or martini glass and prepare garnish.
將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾。
❷ Place all ingredients into the shaker.
於搖酒器加入材料。
❸ Taste & adjust sweet-sour balance.
試味,較對。
❹ Fill the shaker with ice & shake well until chilled, about 7-10 seconds.
加滿冰,搖約7-10秒。|搖酒作用技巧淺解|
❺ Double strain into the chilled martini glass.
用隔冰網隔冰倒入酒杯。
❻ Pour small portion of overproof rum and put rosemary to soak, then pick it up with a tong upward on the glass, light it up and put into the drink. Enjoy! (Becareful when you use fire)
將迷迭香浸入高酒冧酒,用夾拿起並放在雞尾酒上面,點火將迷迭香的香味釋放後,放入雞尾酒中裝飾,完成!(小心用火)
