6-8 pc Fresh basil leaves 羅勒/九層塔葉
5 ml Rich syrup or flavoured syrup 濃糖漿或風味糖漿
Garnish 裝飾

Glassware 酒杯
❶ Chill the glass and prepare lemon peel & garnish.
將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾。
❷ In a shaker and using bar spoon, gently but firmly press the basil against the side of the shaker.
於搖酒器中,用吧匙將羅勒輕壓, 釋放香味精油。
❸ Add remaining ingredients. Quick stir and taste. If you want a bolder basil flavour, press again and/or add more basil.
加入其餘材料,稍稍拌勻,試味並較對。如果想加強羅勒的風味,可再用吧匙壓按或添加更多的羅勒。
❹ Prepare the chilled glass with a large block of ice.
預備酒杯:將大冰放入❶的酒杯。
❺ Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 12-15 seconds.
搖酒器加滿冰,搖約12-15秒。
❻ Double strain into the prepared glass.
用隔冰網隔冰倒入酒杯。
❼ Garnish & serve.
放上裝飾,完成!拉下有教學片喔!
Enjoy! While basil & gin make the perfect pair (see: Green Park), you can make this delightful cocktail with vodka or a citrus-forward white rum. Try using a flavoured syrup for a twist -- I absolutely love green apple with this but strawberries or mango are wonderful, too!
