Dessert Cocktail 甜品雞尾酒
Ingredients 材料
25 ml Green creme de menthe 綠薄荷甜酒
25 ml White crème de cacao 白可可甜酒
25 ml Whipping Cream 淡忌廉
1-2 dash Chocolate bitters 朱古力苦精
(Optional 選用)
Garnish 裝飾
(Optional) Shavings or grated dark chocolate
(Optional) Lavender sprig
(選用) 黑朱古力粉/薄片
(選用) 薰衣草

Glassware 酒杯
❶ Chill the glass and prepare garnish.
將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾。
❷ In a shaker add all ingredients; stir, taste and adjust sweetness (liqueur) & coco flavour (bitters).
於搖酒器加入所有材料,試味,較對甜度與可可香味。
❸ Fill shaker with ice & shake vigorously for about 12-15 seconds.
搖酒器加滿冰,用力搖約12-15秒。|搖酒作用技巧淺解|
❹ Strain with a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
用隔冰器隔冰倒入酒杯。
❺ Garnish (if using) & serve. Enjoy!

Crème de cacao is a rich chocolate liqueur that often comes in either dark or white. Using the white version preserves Grasshopper's vibrant green colour but its chocolate flavour isn't as strong. A dash or two chocolate bitters helps intensify & make this dessert cocktail even more delicious!
