60ml Vodka 伏特加

15ml Peach liqueur 蜜桃甜酒

30ml Grapefruit juice 西柚汁

30ml 100% Cranberry juice 純紅莓汁

5ml Fresh lime or lemon juice 青檸或檸檬汁

Tools 工具

Jigger量杯 , Bar spoon吧羹

Straw 飲管

Garnish 裝飾

Fresh cherry &/or Lime wheel

新鮮車厘子 青檸片

Glassware 酒杯

Highball Glass 長飲杯

❶ Pour vodka, liqueur & juices into the glass.

於酒杯加入所有酒及果汁。

❷ Stir & taste. Adjust sweet & sour balance.

吧匙拌勻，試味，較對甜酸平衡。

❸ Fill glass with ice. Stir for 3 second.

酒杯加滿冰，吧匙拌勻，約3秒。

❹ Straw & garnish.

放入飲管，加上裝飾。

❺ Enjoy! Sex on the Beach doesn't have to be water down nor cloyingly sweet. Pure cranberry juice is key, while both grapefruit juice & lemon juice deliciously balance this quick & easy vodka cocktail. Want more complexity? Try swapping vodka for tequila or gin!
