Classic Cocktail invented by Bartender Ngiam Tong Boon at Long Bar in 1915
Ingredients 材料
1915 Original recipe
30ml Gin 氈酒
7.5ml Cointreau 君度橙酒
15ml Lime Juice 青檸汁
10ml Grenadine 紅石榴糖漿
120ml Pineapple Juice 菠蘿汁
A dash of Angostura Bitters 安歌原味苦精
Flair Iron recipe
60ml Gin 氈酒
7.5ml Cointreau 君度橙酒
20ml Lime Juice 青檸汁
5ml Grenadine 紅石榴糖漿
90ml Pineapple Juice 菠蘿汁
4-5 dash of Angostura Bitters 安歌原味苦精
Garnish 裝飾
Pineapple wedge with cocktail cherry

Glassware 酒杯
Tall Glass 高杯
❶ Chill the coupe or martini glass and prepare garnish.
將酒杯雪凍,預備裝飾。
❷ Place all ingredients into the shaker.
於搖酒器加入材料。
❸ Taste & adjust sweet-sour balance.
試味,較對。
❹ Fill the shaker with ice & shake well until chilled, about 12-15 seconds.
加滿冰,搖約12-15秒。|搖酒作用技巧淺解|
❺ Fill the glass with ice & strain into the tall glass.
用隔冰網隔冰倒入已加冰的酒杯。
❻ Garnish, enjoy!
加上裝飾,完成!
